The Boathouse is a 30 x 12 1 bedroom luxury glamping pod with all of the modern luxuries for a true cosy retreat. Open-plan living space includes free-standing furniture, wall-mounted smart-tv and a a modern fitted kitchen. This unique layout features a bed and free standing bath as part of the living area.
The Boathouse is available in a 30 x 12 footprint with one bedroom in either an open-plan living room/bedroom or privacy option with Master bedroom and ensuite.
Here at Sunseeker Holiday Homes we feel there are a few luxuries in design and service that should be included as standard, so that’s exactly what we’ve done!
All of our models are double glazed and centrally heated.
All models are built to a minimum EN1647 or BS3632:2023 residential standard.
All models are signed off by a senior member of the team. We take quality control seriously, with the exacting standards we would want to see if we were buying the unit ourselves, and more.
