The Sensation offers a panoramic front that brings the outside in. Furnished to the highest standard, the Sensation offers quality, sophistication and a warming country feel. It is built to exceed the residential specification as standard; the Sensation is equipped to be used all year round.

The Sensation offers a luxury open-plan living experience with a unique feature kitchen island unit and modern appliances. Luxury bedroom space is now complimented with a new en-suite layout with bath options in all models. The Sensation now includes a Mist Grey CanExel cladding with anthracite windows and a luxury appliance pack including a dishwasher, washer/dryer and wine cooler as standard.

Here at Sunseeker Holiday Homes we feel there are a few luxuries in design and service that should be included as standard, so that’s exactly what we’ve done!
All of our models are double glazed and centrally heated.
All models are built to a minimum EN1647 or BS3632:2023 residential standard.
All models are signed off by a senior member of the team. We take quality control seriously, with the exacting standards we would want to see if we were buying the unit ourselves, and more.
