The Highgate Lodge is our latest lodge creation and our flagship model. Designed with the ultimate lodge lover in mind, the Highgate features everything you could want including the latest technology, interiors and furnishing with comfort and relaxation in mind.
The Highgate offers everything you would expect in a luxury lodge. Available in four footprints, the Highgate comes with an array of features and equipment as standard including luxury integrated branded appliances and the option to make your lodge eco-friendly with solar panels and unique heating systems.

The Highgate is available in four footprints with the option for a 2 or 3 bedrooms. The 40 x 20 footprint comes in a 2 or 3 bedroom option. The 45 x 22 is available in a 2 bedroom footprint with centre lounge or lounge and kitchen to the side.
Here at Sunseeker Holiday Homes we feel there are a few luxuries in design and service that should be included as standard, so that’s exactly what we’ve done!
All of our models are double glazed and centrally heated.
All models are built to a minimum EN1647 or BS3632:2023 residential standard.
All models are signed off by a senior member of the team. We take quality control seriously, with the exacting standards we would want to see if we were buying the unit ourselves, and more.
